Brush Brush Brush your teeth!

Braeden has broken ground on 4 teeth now. His top two and his bottom two!! YEAH! Last night was the first time he got his little teeth brushed! So cute. He wasn't so sure about it, but hopefully he will like brushing his teeth.

This weekend we had a lot of fun hanging out. We went out to eat at Ghengis Grill for the first time. It was very yummy! He was so good the whole time. He even got to bang on a gong and see the huge grill cooking all the food.

During our time at home, Braeden is super busy exploring around the house. Everything that is not a toy, is extremely interesting. He love the pantry and climbed in there today. He is such a good helper unloading and loading the dishwasher. And everytime the fridge door opens he makes a bee line to get in there and stand up. It is quite funny to see him crawl and race over there.

ON THE GO!

Braeden is crawling and pulling up on everything! Boy, he is keeping me so busy lately. While I was cleaning the kitchen, he decided it would be fun to play with the windows. At dinner time, this was his entertainment while daddy and I ate some food! I had to go outside to capture this adorable face.

Braeden is having so much fun exploring the house and how everything works. The kitchen is one of Braeden's favorite hang outs right now. He loves the dishwasher, refrigerator and the pantry. Anything he pull himself up on and touch!

 He finally figured out how to sit down and get out of the standing position. He is very busy exploring everything and loves moving around. GO GO BRAEDEN!!

FIRST TOOTH!

That's right! Braeden is cutting not one but TWO teeth! His top two teeth are coming in and boy can you tell. He is chewing and knawing on everything he can. My sweet love and crawling, standing, and cutting teeth! So much happening at one time.

Today he followed me around the house while I vacuumed. It was the cutest thing to see him crawl right behind me and the vacuum. He worked so hard going around the whole house!

Since Braeden was in a good mood, we decided to get his 9 month pictures taken. He was so good, the photographer said that he spoiled her by giving her loads of smiles. It only took 10 minutes to get lots of great shots!! I'm so proud. Can't wait to share all of the pics with everyone.

We played peek-a-boo around the house today and it is now Braeden's favorite game. He giggles every time we play.

After all that crawling, Braeden went on a walk with baby Josie and her mommy Sara. He was so worn out from the day, he took a peaceful nap.

Yesterday Braeden had a playdate with Ayson and Dominic. Dominic's mommy invited us over to play and see their new home. They played and had a good time in his new playroom. Braeden is only 5 days younger than Dominic. I'm sure we will have many more playdates with these boys!

COUSIN TIME IN KC!

Braeden and I had a great time in KC this past week. We left on Wednesday and came home on Saturday. We got to see all of our immediate family and our cousins from New Jersey! We were so excited to have Braeden meet his cousins for the first time. He had loved playing with everyone,getting to be a part of the tummel, and most of all being KISSED UP!!

Getting everyone together and seeing how the family is expanding is exciting.

Generation to Generation!!

During our visit, Braeden went to the nail salon with Grandma and me to get our nails done. We went shopping to get ready for everyone coming in town. Braeden got to spend time with just Grandma when mommy and Aunt Jen went to Jazzercie. And Finally, we played and played and played with our cousins until we wore Braeden OUT!

He's on the MOVE!!

Braeden is officially crawling!!! He's is on the move people, so watch out!! We are so excited to see his progress. In therapy this week, they evaluated Braeden based on his birth age and adjusted age. Just in the last 2 weeks, he began rolling all over the floor going both directions, pushing to sit, pulling to stand, doing planks, and even crawl. These past two weeks have gone by so fast and have brought us so much excitement and joy. We are pleased that his evaluation went amazing. Everyone was cheering and clapping for Braeden when he attempted and successfully crawled. He is finally beginning to close the gap between his adjusted age and birth age. He is doing 25% of what other 9 month olds are doing and 75% of what 6 1/2 to 7 month olds. I am one PROUD MOMMA!!

9 months old!!

Yesterday, Braeden went to see his pediatrician, Dr. Zomer, for his 9 month check up. He is so proud of all the progress he is making. They pricked his finger (which he didn't like at all) to check his iron levels. His iron is fantastic, so no worries there! He thinks that Braeden is healthy growing boy! What a great appointment!

He is also pushing up to sit by himself, rolling all over the floor, beginning to crawl, pulling up on things, and BABBLING a lot!! We think he is saying mama and dada now! Hopefully I can catch it on tape for everyone to hear!

Family Time in Tulsa!

 Grandma, Aunt Dara, and cousin Summer came to Tulsa on Sunday to spend a few days with us. We have been so excited waiting to see them.  Braeden LOVED his grandma time! He misses her so much!

Braeden has been making such big strides in the last few weeks. This week he began pulling himself up to sit and trying to pull to stand. We are having so much fun watching him grow and learn new things. Here he is trying to pull up on a card table and even tries to let go for a second!

Since it was 106 degrees, we decided it was too hot to go swimming outside! So, we put on our bathing suits and went swimming INside. Aunt Dara even made the water cold to feel like a pool! We had fun playing in the jacuzzi with bubbles and all.

They loved being pulled around the family room in wagon. This was the first time I put Braeden in there and he loved it.

Bathtime was so neat to watch them play together. Summer is only 10 months older than Braeden, so they get to grow up together!

Daddy was dripping water down from a toy and the kiddos loved trying to grab the water.

Cousin LOVE!! Enough said.

Tulsa Home and Garden EXPO!

On Saturday, we decided to take an outing to EXPO square to see the Tulsa Home and Garden Show. We had so much fun checking out all the booths, taste testing foods, trying new gadgets out, and seeing world champion frisbee dogs. We even got a free mini frisbee. Braeden was so interested in everything and was such a good boy the whole time! He stayed awake until the very end of our trip!
