Drillers Game, Storytime, and Cooking

GO DRILLERS!! On Tuesday MOMS Club went to the drillers game. When we arrived we got rained on for a few minutes. Thankfully the rain went away and we got to enjoy the game on the lawn. Even with three blankets, the water seeped through and got our tushies wet! The top picture of Braeden and Ayson is so cute, I might have to frame it! By the end of the 5th inning the boys were tired and worn out. We hung around for a while to see the Drillers get 2 home runs and then headed home by the 7th inning. What a fun event.

Earlier on Tuesday, we took the boys to storytime at the library again. What a good time that was! I think Braeden is having so much fun with Ayson, he wants to know he is right next to him the whole time.

Braeden loves to cook in the kitchen with mommy! He helped me make banana bread and cookies today!!

Weekend FUN!

We had fun at the neighborhood pool waiting for daddy to come home from work on Friday. Braeden had a blast kicking and splashing in the pool.
Friday at physical therapy Ms. Monica said that Braeden is making great progress with rolling. He is working on sitting up all by himself. He actually did it for the first time today!! We were so excited to see him moving around more and more.

On Saturday, we went to try out a new yogurt place in Tulsa. This is the best ice cream place we have been to YET! We had a blast filling up our cups with ice cream and toppings. Braeden loved the cool seat and playing with the cup. He wasn't interested in eating any ice cream since he was still kinda sick.

SO BUSY!

We have been pretty busy over the last few days. Braeden went to storytime at the library with his friend Ayson! They loved listening to the stories and most of all...looking at the BUBBLES! What a great idea to have FREE weekly storytime sessions for kids of all ages. This was was geared for babies, so we sang songs, played with scarves and listened to a few good stories! Braeden is definitely going to make this a weekly event!

Braeden has been exploring new positions and is trying to hold himself up on his legs a little bit.  He has started to babble and I love listening him talk.
Look what I did mama!!

Dinnertime is extremely fun for Braeden now. He loves to try new foods and make a mess. His arms are so long that he reached the plate and dumped out everything! Then he looked me right in the eye and gave me a HUGE smile! That's my boy.

HOT HOT HOT!

Braeden kept busy this morning when we went for a run. He loved playing with his wheel, horn, and listening music on the stroller. He even started humming at one point! We were amazed he kept his sunglassses and his hat on for most of the run. (The hat eventually came off to be chewed on.)
